What is your return policy?

Do you sell other products not listed on theatricsplus.com?  
Yes, we do. As it is not possible to list everything online, we would suggest giving us a call or emailing us to inquire about other products. We will gladly help you find what you are looking for.
How are taxes calculated?
Sales tax is calculated based on your shipping address. The amount of sales tax charged is based on current local tax rates. Shipping charges may also be subject to sales tax in applicable provinces. Sales tax will be refunded for returned items. At the time of checkout, we will include the tax to your order to cover the applicable tax..
 Do you ship internationally?
We only ship to the US and Canada.


NOTE: Many of the companies that we deal with are based in the United States. This occasionally causes a price difference on certain products between the store and the website depending on when we purchased the product and when it was shipped to the store location. We are trying our best to update the website according to the fluctuation in the dollar however, we encourage you to call us to clarify before purchasing.

Interac Online allows you to shop online at your favourite online retailers and pay for your purchases easily, directly from your bank account. It's immediate, secure, and all you need is access to online banking through a Participating Financial Institution. Best of all, it’s easy to use.  Because payments made with Interac Online are conducted through your existing online banking, you don't need to sign up or create any new passwords or accounts. Return Policy (Applicable for Online purchases only) Most of our products have a guarantee return policy of 14 days. The refunds are only given on the price of the merchandise. Shipping and Handling charges and corresponding taxes are non-refundable. How can I send the item(s) back?  
Review our return policy (see below) to see whether your item is eligible for a refund. In order to return an item you will have to contact us via email at theatricsplus@gmail.com and one of the customer service representative will contact you back. You will be issued a RAN on the phone or via email. All items that have been issued a RAN MUST be received within 14 days of the delivery date. All items MUST be sent via a traceable shipping method. Theatrics Plus will not take any responsibility for any refunds if the item has not been received and there is no alternative way to trace the item. The refund will not be processed if the invoice is not attached with the item. We recommend that you keep a copy of the invoice for your record. Theatrics Plus will not process any refunds if: 
1. Any items have been worn, used or altered. 2. Any products are missing from the package.  The following items can only be returned if we receive them in the original, unopened and sealed packaging. 1. Facial hair, wigs, beards or any other artificial hair 2. Eyelashes 3. Morphsuits and 2nd Skin costumes 4. Fangs, any types of fake teeth and prosthetics 5. Lingerie, undergarments, stockings, tights, hosiery and socks 6. Makeup There are no refunds on eye contacts due to sanitary purposes.  A minimum 15% restocking fee is added to returns of more than five of one item ordered. When will the refund be processed? 
During any time of year, except Halloween, the refund will be processed within 1 week after the item has been received. During Halloween, refunds will be processed within 3 weeks. The refund will be processed back to the method of payment used to place the order. Can I exchange any item? 
Theatrics Plus does not offer exchanges. If you ordered the wrong size or product, we would suggest that you place another order of the right product or size from our website and follow the refund policy process above to return the original item(s).

Shipping Information

We are proud to be partnered with Canada Post in order to get your purchases to you in the most convenient way and as fast as possible. As of now we only ship throughout Canada and the United States of America. We apologize if we cannot ship to your location. As you may know, Halloween is our busy season. This results in a lot of orders coming through our website. If you would like to garrentee the arrival of your Halloween costume by the 31st, we suggest that your order goes through no later than the 25th. That gives us time to receive it during all the hustle and bustle of the store, complete the order correctly, and have it sent off to you as soon as possible. Any other time of the year we will have the costumes delivered in the allotted time. We apologize to any future frustrations that may occur during the busy Halloween season. Contact Lens Disclaimer

INSTRUCTIONS FOR WEARING COSMETIC CONTACT LENSES IMPORTANT INFORMATION! PLEASE READ ALL OF THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION BEFORE USING COSMETIC CONTACT LENSES.   Cosmetic contact lenses are like contact lenses, but are intended solely to change the normal appearance of the eye in decorative/cosmetic fashion.   Cosmetic Contact Lens Care As other contact lenses, cosmetic contact lenses must be cared for properly. Please memorize the following guidelines before wearing cosmetic contact lenses: 1. Always wash your hands before inserting, removing or handling your contact lenses. 2. Use only the lens disinfection regimen recommended by your eye care professional. 3. Never use tap water on your lenses. 4. Never share your lenses with anyone. This can lead to infection and spread of disease. 5. Never sleep with your lenses on. Wear them only the number of hours recommended by your eye care professional. 6. Have your eyes examined every year. 7. Do not wear cosmetic contact lenses while driving a car or other motorized vehicle.\If you experience an unusual redness, blurriness, discomfort, excessive itching or pain, remove your lenses immediately and consult your eye care professional. These contact lenses are 38% Polymacon 62% water and may be kept for up to one year after opening the vial.   Insertion and Removal Follow the above cleaning and care instructions. 1. Remove the lens from the contact lens case. 2. Put the lens on the tip of your index finger. 3. Check to see that it is not turned inside out: If inside out it will bow out around the edges as a saucer. 4. Holding the lens on the tip of your index finger, take your next finger over and pull down your bottom eyelid. 5. Hold your top eyelid up with your other hand. 6. Look up and put the lens on the sclera (white of the eye). 7. Lightly hold on the sclera and then look down. 8. You will feel the lens go over the cornea.
